Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations prior to 21 days from the start of the event:
   Book any other event till one month (30 days) or get 95% refund.
   (Note: If the event charges are more, the balance needs to be paid by the participant in advance)
2. Cancellation between 21 days and 14 days to the start of the event:
   Choose to go for the same trek, with any other batch, till one month (30 days) or get 70% refund.
3. Cancellation between 14 days and 7 days to the start of the event:
   Choose to go on the same trek, with any other batch, till one month (30 days), or get 50% refund.
4. Cancellation less than 7 days to the start of the trek:
   Transfer your trek (same trek, same batch) to your friend. No cash refund.
